Veja também outros exemplos:

I shall shut the window.                          We shall die of suffocation.
I will shut the window.                             We will die of suffocation.

Shall também é usado com os pronomes I e We para indicar o tempo Simple Future.

Prestem atenção nas duas frases abaixo:

I´ll die of cold.    I won´t open the window.

Tonight = Hoje a Noite                 Soon = Em Breve
The Day After Tomorrow = Depois de Amanhã
Next Month = Próximo Mês
Next Year = Próximo Ano
In Within + Tempo à In a Year
Within Two Months

Attention:

Those ladies are going to start a quarrel next time.
The first lady is going to die of cold.
The second lady is going to die of suffocation.

O PRESENT CONTINUOUS das frases anteriores (ARE GOING TO / IS GOING TO + O VERBO PRINCIPAL) também exprime ações futuras.

TIME CLAUSES

Exemplos de conjunções temporais: After, As, As Soon As, Before, By the Time, The Moment, Until (till), When, Whenever, While.

Veja as orações abaixo:

It will be nice and quiet in here after the two ladies leave.
After = Conjunção temporal  = Depois (futuro)

As soon as quarrel starts, he will leave.
As soon as = Conjunção temporal = (assim que) --> indicação de futuro
Starts (iniciar) = Simple Present, pois a conjunção anterior já indica que a ação ocorrerá no futuro.

O cantor é Jack Johnson e a música é We´re going to be friends.

We're Going To Be Friends

Fall is here, hear the yell
Back to school, ring the bell
Brand new shoes, walking blues
Climb the fence, books and pens

I can tell that we are going to be friends
Yes I can tell that we are going to be friends
Walk with me Suzy Lee
Through the park and by the tree
We can rest upon the ground
And look at all the bugs we've found
Safely walk to school without a sound
We safely walk to school without a sound

Well here we are no one else
We walk to school all by ourselves
There's dirt on our uniforms
From chasing all the ants and worms
We clean up and now it's time to learn
We clean up and now it's time to learn

Numbers letters learn to spell
Nouns and books and show and tell
Play time we will throw the ball
Then back to class through the hall
The teacher marks our height against the wall
The teacher marks our height against the wall
And we don't notice any time pass
Because we don't notice anything

And we sit side by side in every class
The teacher thinks that I sound funny
But she likes it when you sing
Tonight I'll dream in my bed
While silly thoughts run through my head
Of the bugs and alphabet
And when I wake tomorrow I'll bet
That you and I will walk together again
Because I can tell that we are going to be friends
I can tell that we are going to be friends

Nós seremos amigos

O outono chegou, escute o aceno
de retorno a escola, o sinal toca
novos sapatos, caminhada triste
subi a cerca, livros e canetas

Caminhe comigo Suzy Lee

Números letras aprender a soletrar
Substantivos e livros e apresentar e contar

E nós lado a lado toda aula
O professor acha que eu pareco engraçado
Mas ela gosta quando você canta
hoje à noite eu vou sonhar na minha cama
